Due to the continued growth and success of Ideagen, the Product Operations team continues to recruit, and we are now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the Ideagen Family!

Data is strategically central in our business to support internal stakeholders in better understanding our customers and markets. It does this by informing and validating our business strategies and goals; inspiring change; tracking our understanding, awareness and customer engagement; and positioning our product brands to maximum effect.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to own the quality and accessibility of data across the product function. They will work very closely with stakeholders within the product function, as well as from the wider business functions, such as revenue, to understand their data requirements and distil these into agreed actionable reports and projects to help maximise the growth of our business.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the custodian of data across the product function and acting as a consultant to other business teams when required.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
  • Have an attention to detail to ensure stakeholder requirements are fully met and are delivered to a high quality.
  • Have a good understanding of where data is captured and used across the business with a focus on Product, as well as who is using it and how.
  • Manages their time well ensuring expectation of stakeholders are effectively managed and agreed deadlines met.
  • Supports discussions in technical sessions to be the voice of data and highlight impact and opportunities where appropriate.
  • You are able to take a pragmatic approach towards requests, balancing delivery complexity against impact.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience using Gainsight PX (or the likes of Pendo, DNA-CX, Walkme, Amplitude Analytics, Appcues) and ‘Segment’ Customer Data Platform (or the likes of mParticle & Bloomreach).
  • Strong ability in building data dashboards using tools such as Power BI
  • Comfortable talking in technical detail with the product team to discuss and refine data requirements requests
  • Able to challenge on stakeholder requirements where necessary
  • Able to effectively manage stakeholders across the business
  • Be able to confidently examine trends, hidden patterns and discover insights in data that management can use to predict behaviours and improve decision making in product led decisions influence both marketing and business strategies.
