What is your role purpose:

Reality+ is seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail orientated Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the development and of web 3 products and games, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and align with the company's overall vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including web designers, game designers, engineers, and marketers, to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

With the benefit of a UK based, in-house development studio and five years experience creating engaging blockchain experiences, we help worldwide brands and franchises like BBC Studios (Doctor Who), FIFA and ITV (Thunderbirds) to develop a bespoke go-to-market blockchain strategy.

Backed up with a powerful technology platform and world-leading expertise in all aspects of Web 3.0, including tokenisation, metaverse integration and construction, NFT marketplace creation and much more.

What are your responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, and use this information to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with web designers and engineers to define product features and requirements, ensuring that they align with user needs and the company's overall vision.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility, and communicate priorities to the development team.
• Work closely with marketing and community teams to ensure that products are effectively promoted and communicated to the target audience.
• Monitor product performance and usage data, and use this information to inform product decisions and prioritize future enhancements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process, using industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

What skills/experience should you have?

• Strong understanding of web 3 and blockchain technologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, using scrum or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management tools and techniques, including product roadmapping, user research, and backlog prioritization.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of developers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including web designers, game designers, engineers, and marketers.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Passion for sports such as football and cycling, and an interest in exploring how these sports can be integrated into the web 3 ecosystem.
• A passion for web based experiences, gaming and emerging technologies, and a strong interest in staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or management
• Demonstrable evidence of product ownership in multiple released products
