Our programme offers the opportunity to be hands on working on exciting projects and will give you plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us.

In fact, in B&M we have a terminology known as “B&M Speed” and we’d love you to find out for yourself exactly what this means!

What you’ll need:

• To be a recent graduate or in your final year of study ready to start the programme September 2023
• Be on track or have achieved a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline
• The Right to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis
• A positive, determined attitude, able to build relationships and influence
• Excellent communication skills to be able to talk effectively to all areas of the business
• Experience in the department you wish to apply for would be advantageous
