You will be responsible for dealing with general front of house enquiries, including answering the telephone and responding to emails.

Identifying, manage and raise any risks or issues to successful delivery of the project in a timely manner via the agreed escalation channels.

You will ensure the Technology solutions available are able to meet the business goals all the while being sufficiently articulate to communicate the value

As part of the team, you would provide a first line of administrative support for States Members and deal with enquiries from public visitors to the States

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders
