What's the opportunity ?

The Project Coordinator is a key member of the Solutions department, co-ordinating the activities of the Architects Implementation engineers and internal customers, as well as key project stakeholders, executives and leaders from the customer, and where applicable, a Systems Integration partner. Responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of a Solutions implementation project. You are required to shape and deliver individual large and complex projects, and/or a series of smaller projects. The role requires involvement across the full project lifecycle including pre-sales, sales and delivery.

Here's how you'll do it

Manage the overall scheduling and documentation of the Solutions Department
Develop, deliver and manage the perpetual project plan and associated project management reporting for all Solutions activities.
Resource planning including estimating resources required to deliver project tasks, monitoring the accuracy of these estimations and developing processes to improve accuracy as required.
Act as a single point of contact for requesting engineer and consultant availability, schedule their availability with external bodies, take ownership of documentation and monitor task completion.
Liaise with Smoothwall’s prospective and existing customers’ own project management teams to align service delivery expectations with their own projects

What will you bring ?

"Hands-on mentality” with a very high level of executive and management client interaction.
Demonstrated experience and capability in project leadership, planning, management and delivery of business solutions in the context IT Solution delivery, ideally within a IT security. You will how to use and navigate Project Management tools in this case we use Asana
Excellent communication, problem resolution and inter-personal skills as well as a proven track record in customer focus and relationship management
Strong delivery focus and a proven ability to lead practically and effectively within a technical department to ensure successful implementation for both internal and external customers.
The experience of cultivating exceptional experiences for our customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from Smoothwall’s products and services, in order that they become brand advocates.
Ability to elicit and share feedback throughout the customer journey with relevant functions including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technical, Service and Leadership.
