This company have built up a reputation as arguably the best in the industry and as a result are currently delivering projects all over London ranging from small fast track £500,000 fit outs to major schemes in excess of £100m.

The Opportunity

Our client have a current number of tried and tested Project Managers who are coming towards the end of their careers in the next few years, and as a result they are actively looking to recruit individuals who have the potential to take up the mantle and effectively replace them.

Whether you’ve already been running projects as a Project Manager or are on the cusp of it we’d like to speak with you. You’ll be given the opportunity here to show what you can do. This could be cutting your teeth on an initial ‘smaller’ project at say £1-2m before moving on to larger and large schemes.

You’ll get the chance to work with some of the best people in the industry, and work at a company that will provide you with all of the tools you need to reach your maximum potential (The current MD of this division joined the company 19 years ago as a Junior/Assistant).

The Role

• Project lead for commercial office fit out (Cat A/B) up to £10m.

• Ideally experience at tender/work winning stage, working with pre-con team to put tender together, construction phase plan, H&S plan, logistics plan etc.

• Lead point of contact on site for client & professional team

• Chair subcontractor, design, client, progress meetings etc.

The Salary

Salary will range from £65,000 - £90,000 + Package (Bonus is 1% of the GP on all projects you deliver).
