Happiness & Engagement Project Manager

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning team.

What you’ll do

Here, you’ll do work that matters.

You’ll join forces with the Head of Happy Business and the Happiness & Engagement Solutions Support Executive, ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple projects and delighting our clients. You’ll bring visibility of project performance to your Team Happy colleagues, ensuring projects run to budget and deadline and as a result, you’ll support more and more people to take the fast pass to happiness at work. How wonderful is that?

About you

You’ve already gained some hands-on project management experience, ideally in a creative/L&D agency. Working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment is your thing.

You’ll join us at an exciting time of growth and change, which means we don’t have everything mapped out or all the answers right now. There’ll be times when you’ll need to be comfortable identifying solutions and answers for yourself, which means you will be making a massive contribution, fast.

You’re a total team player and are comfortable communicating effectively with your internal team and external stakeholders, including leading on client calls from time to time.

You're located in London, Manchester or Inverness, but you are able and willing to travel to client sites and team meet ups around the country.

Numbers and budgets aren’t for everyone, but they are right up your street. You can comfortably and confidently keep a project on the right financial track.

Your attention to detail is second to none. You can spot a typo from 10 paces.

You’re a problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude and are happy to get stuck in, whatever is required.
