Prepare baseline management products, in conjunction with any Project Assurance roles, and agree them with the Project Board- Project Brief, Project Initiation Document, Work packages, etc.

• Liaise with corporate or programme management to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated by related projects.

• Lead and motivate the project management team, delivering a strategic cloud-based Value Based Rollout Tool

• Maintain the following records- Issue Register, Risk Register and Lessons Learned log.

• Liaison with the VMO2 Google Cloud function, to ensure all dependencies are met, to ensure a successful delivery.

• To build relationships and deliver into the OS Programme, to ensure requirements are delivered within factored timescales (in-line with commercial Launch)
