You must have excellent verbal communication skills and deal with telephone queries in a calm professional manner.

The role is part-time with hours to suit but could develop to full-time. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.

12.00 to 13.25 per hour if you work at least 3 hours between midnight to 5am (Inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of 1.25 per hour)*.
