A fantastic opportunity to work with global clients to ensure the high-quality delivery of immersive and interactive training packages including serious games, VR, AR and elearning approaches.

You will interface between internal development teams and client teams, ensuring good communication, planning and budget control of projects. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and project leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will report to the Project Management Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of learning solutions
• Oversee the full training life cycle, working closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Consult with clients to scope the project and strategic reviews
• Work closely with the Business Development teams on bids and proposals
• Ensure the learning solution is delivered on time and to budget
• Upkeep and improve project processes, templates and documentation
• Support the Project Management Lead in the implementation of Agile project processes and behaviours

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role
• Proven experience in successfully running and completing training projects, on time, to budget and in scope
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving whilst driving for clear decision making
• Good client-facing and rapport-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions efficiently and quickly
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience within the training and learning services industry ideal
• Experience with Jira preferred
