Location: Primarily remote (UK -based) but with some days working from our London office

About Our Role


As a Project Manager, you will be managing the delivery of our projects and client implementations.. You will be the mastermind behind our project plans and you will be there to constantly check and make sure that everything goes to plan. Our varied projects require different teams and work streams to be involved so you will be in the middle, coordinating all activities and ensuring that all parties are aligned, taking the overall lead to ensure we deliver a quality product on time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creating, maintaining and updating project plans based on requirements and scope of work.

  • Being responsible for the delivery of projects, including implementations for our customers. You will coordinate the work of various teams, work streams and processes to ensure high quality on-time delivery.

  • Preparing the Scope of Work outlining the details of the deliverables, requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Ensuring each implementation is within scope and within budget

  • Reviewing contracts to ensure they fulfil the scope

  • Ensuring teams are appropriately resourced for requirements

  • Escalating any deviation from the project plan to senior leadership team

  • Tracking risks, issues and lessons learned, updating project plans accordingly and ensuring these learnings are applied to future implementations

  • Managing status updates, prioritising work and setting deadlines for functions

  • Operating our project management tooling to ensure that work flows efficiently and transparently.

  • Managing our external partnerships


What we are looking for


  • You have prior experience as a project manager or delivery manager including working with/in a PMO office or equivalent.

  • You have extensive experience of delivering projects to customers on time and to a high quality standard.

  • Prior experience of managing both internal stakeholders and external customers as part of the project delivery process.

  • You have superb organisation and coordination skills, including effective use of project management systems like ClickUp, Jira, Asana.

  • You are a great communicator - you can deliver your message clearly and efficiently and you know how to tailor your way to communicate with different stakeholders

  • You are an excellent negotiator

  • Your leadership skills are on-point and you have a natural ability to inspire others

  • You are able to manage different functions simultaneously and keep your eyes on the bigger picture to ensure that all teams are aligned and following our project plans

  • You love working in fast-paced environments and you can cope with change and ambiguity
