Job Description :
We are seeking a flexible, tenacious and motivated Project and Performance Manager to join the Community Services Team in Northeast Essex.
With responsibility for both identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering projects, you will see change through from beginning to end.
If you are passionate about service and performance improvement, and have strong project management skills, this role will offer you the opportunity to work with clinical and non-clinical staff on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.
The Project & Performance Manager has responsibility for managing all aspects of performance within the NEECS Division of East Suffolk & Northeast Essex Foundation Trust and will manage projects which are designed to deliver service and performance improvement.
