Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role


We’re seeking a Provider Development Manager to join our Provider Development team.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced and strong manager, with experience of working in the education and training ecosystem, and someone that is able to mobilise individuals to drive solutions in a service-oriented way.


This role requires an individual who can share their knowledge and passion for education and use it to support centres to provide the best possible opportunities for learners throughout their learning journey. You must be able to set providers up for success, supporting them to develop their capabilities to deliver world-class transformational learning experiences.


You need to be able to understand providers’ needs and challenges and recommend solutions that work for them. You will be an essential part of their improvement journey not only in relation to delivery but in everything that promotes and advances learning.


We would love to hear from you if you hold the following key skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership and management skills of managing a team to drive up performance and quality improvements
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the education and training sector to include curriculum design principles
  • Experience of developing, implementing and managing department operational plans
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating teams to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Proven experience of writing progress reports on key activities in a clear and timely manner.
  • A solution focused individual, comfortable working in an environment that demands solid deliverables.
  • Experience of budget setting and budget management to demonstrate efficient financial control
