Salary: £22,000 depending on experience.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has come up in the Pub Operations team for an enthusiastic colleague. Reporting into the Pub Operations Team Lead and working in a team of 12, you will help the team provide first class administrative assistance to the Star Pubs & Bars (SP&B) estate team.

The Pub Operations team focus on our Change of Lessee process using our Lease Management System and help identify blockers to keep the process simple. They deal with a lot of important data and take ownership of the regional mailboxes, ensuring responses are turned around within Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Working in Pub Operations provides fantastic development opportunities, whether it’s a greater understanding of the pub business, exposure to new systems and processes, or working with a diverse range of stakeholders. It’s a really fantastic role to kick start your career in SP&B. Colleagues who have worked in Pub Operations have moved to other areas within HEINEKEN into roles in HR, Finance, Legal and of course other roles in SP&B - It's a great place to learn, develop and grow.

As this role is office/site based, please note we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office, a Tuesday and Thursday are for all, with the third day being defined by the colleague.
