Sales Ledger Clerk Assistant / Finance and Accounts Assistant

I am seeking 2x Accounts and Finance Assistants (a Sales Ledger Clerk/Assistant and a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Assistant) to report to the Accounts Payables and Receivables Manager within the finance team.

This is a full-time position based from our London office and will be worked under our flexible-working 'WorkSmart' framework where you will have the option to share your time between the office with hybrid working (flexible, office 2 - 3 days per week).

Responsibilities

Daily banking for Group entities

Daily update of sales receipts from bank statements for group entities

Bank Reconciliations

Preparation of unallocated sales receipts report.

Inputting of Manual Fee Notes

Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time.

Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance with my clients Information Security Policy

Qualifications

Knowledge of sales ledger procedures is essential

Experience of working within an accounting / finance function

Good knowledge of, and experience using MS Excel

Good communication skills

Working towards or qualified with AAT or similar is an advantage

Experience of using finance systems such as Oracle or Sage would be an advantage

Smooth operating of the banking functions and support for the rest of the Finance team
