The successful applicant will be working as part of an established team in the company’s social housing sector. Part of the working week will include being based at our Head Office, with the remainder of the week being site based.

This role requires the applicant to have a good working knowledge in the electrical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

· Undertaking measurement of completed and pre-survey works and producing a detailed report on the works content in relation to the instructions received from the client. They will be responsible for adds/omits to the account and understanding the priority codes and uplifts that need to be applied to the works to be carried out.

· Producing monthly valuations of works they oversee.

· Costing variations as they arise.

· Agreeing monthly accounts with the clients.

· Ensuring final accounts are completed promptly on completion of works on site

· Assisting team members with costing jobs using Nat Fed SOR’s.
