Lancaster Medical Practice is a large, at-scale, GP provider delivering General Medical Services to around 68,000 patients in Lancaster and surrounding villages.

Job Description
· Support the delivery of all aspects of national patient screening programmes, such as cervical screening, bowel screening and NHS Health Checks
· Support the delivery of all aspects of Chronic Disease Management and diary recalls ensuring efficient delivery
· Support the delivery of national immunisation and vaccination schedules
· Support and maintain postnatal and 6-8 week baby checks
· Registration of new born babies onto the EMIS system
· Support the delivery of other recall systems as required by the organisation, such as enhanced services
· Delivery of appointments and manage waiting lists for enhanced services, such as minor surgery, steroid injections and coil fitting
· Support the collection of data for audit purposes
· To be responsible for the efficient and professional delivery of these services to the patients of LMP by telephone, text messaging and letters
