A large property investment and development company in Central London are looking for an experienced, confident and highly professional Receptionist to join their two-person Front of House team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new opportunity within a highly respected and award-winning company who look after their staff and provide a dynamic and welcoming work environment.
The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that internal tenants and external visitors are dealt with courteously and promptly, both face to face and on the telephone.
In addition to switchboard duties, and the important task of providing a warm welcome to all visitors, the role will include managing room booking, couriers, and other administrative duties as required. This is a busy role which will suit someone who can multitask and ensure a 5* star service is always provided.
The Front of House team share responsibility for providing an operational reception between 07:45 - 18:15, Monday – Friday so will share a shift pattern with the other receptionist as follows: 07:45 - 16:15 or 09:45 - 18:15.
