We are seeking a friendly, charismatic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, provide well-informed check-ins and tour around the Spa facilities for all guests to a high standard, and answering guest concerns or questions and if required direct them to the appropriate department. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting our guests and members whilst also making repeat and new bookings.

- Answer phone calls and emails.

- Supports with membership sales, membership enquiries, spa sales and spa enquiries

- Using computer software to schedule Spa days and treatment bookings effectively.

- Responsible for handling cash, cashing up at the end of a shift.

- Opening and Closing the facilities to allow for smooth daily operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week

Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
