Working at a Motorway Service area is a lot of fun. Here at Roadchef we have some of the most famous and popular brands in the UK and each one has something different to offer from McDonald’s, Costa, WHSmith, Spar, Leon, Days Inn, Chozen Noodle to our own catering brands, Fresh food Café and Garden Square Deli.

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people who share our values in delivering exceptional customer service to Britain’s road users.

Working hours are usually 2.30pm - 10.30pm

Our pay rates are: up to £9.60 per hour

Duties:

• Checking in new guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answering the phone and dealing with email booking queries
• Supporting the Housekeepers in maintaining all customer areas & ensuring rooms are ready
• Ensuring our guests have the best night's sleep on the motorway
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
