Recruiter & HR coordinator

Full time permanent contract (35 hours Monday to Friday) / Full time telecommuting / Full remote

Remuneration : 30 000 to 36 000 £GB / year

We are starting an important page of our history by launching a pole dedicated to the creation of anti-crisis solutions for all consumers, everywhere in the world.

In this context of strong growth, we created the position of Recruiter & HR coordinator to reinforce the HR/recruitment team in France.

He/she defines the HR team and implements the recruitment and human resources management processes determined in the HR strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.

He/she participates in the integration, follow-up and retention of the company's human resources.

He/she ensures the compliance of human resources practices in each country (except France).

• You have a good level of French that allows you to communicate orally

• Knowledge in KPI analysis

• Knowledge of different sourcing techniques, more specifically Boolean operators
• Curious about the latest trends in his field, remains constantly on the lookout, and wishes to constantly evolve his practices

Our detailed recruitment process

2 WEEKS GLOBAL PROCESS :

• A first 30-minute telephone interview with the recruitment manager, Adeline, to better understand your career plan and answer all your questions

• Peer sourcing with Adeline to assess your knowledge/skills and give you a taste of what you could be working on

• HR test on English labor law

• A 60-minute video conference interview with Kévin, CEO, and the HR team to create a strong alignment on what he/she will expect from you and to tell you more about his/her way of working
