We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to become one of them, and to help us find them. You will source candidates for roles based both in the UK and also overseas. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent across the globe to ensure a pipeline of great candidates for open and upcoming positions.
  • Providing industry benchmarking for new roles.
  • Write and post engaging job adverts on a variety of platforms
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assisting with assessment and interviews.
  • Coordinate schedules between candidates and line managers, follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Working to improve the recruitment process for all involved, from candidates to managers. Helping to source candidates through ability as much as experience.
  • Work with external recruiters when needed
  • Assist in planning and implementing onboarding for new employees

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise
  • Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and credible relationships with all levels of staff and candidates
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a can-do flexible approach.

Salary: £33,000-40,000 (DOE)
