Job Description

As the Regional HR Tech workstream Lead for the region, your primary role will be to help drive our HR digital transformation and the overall optimization of our Enterprise HR Technology Eco-system in alignment with our multi-year HR Technology strategy and roadmap as part of the Global Tech Community of Practice as well as to be responsible for regional implementation and follow up in areas such as: SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, drive user adoption with the aim to constantly improve the Employee Experience, People Analytics Platforms, harmonization/standardization/automation of HR processes, Payroll and Time Management Technology etc. The role will act as the key point of contact for your local/country HR teams and business leaders across both regions for all elements related to the HR Tech/Analytics agenda.

This position will report to the Global Head HR Technology & Analytics with dotted line to the Regional Head HR.

Your Role

  • Accountable for the functional/regional rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central and any other HR Tech/Analytics initiatives in terms of timeliness, quality and budget
  • Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and the overall success of all project wave deployment elements in their area of responsibility incl. localizations
  • Consolidates local/country requirements, cares for cross country harmonization, makes sure differences in requirements of a project wave are abolished or at least minimized; make sures that country-wide harmonized and standardized requirements are consolidated and delivered on time
  • Coordinates local/country representative resources required for the respective project wave and assures alignment within wave
  • Coordinates parallel rollouts in different countries if applicable
  • Prepares & assures quality deliverables; first escalation instance for the countries to solve conflicts within project wave
  • Manages gap analysis, local requirements assessment and template adjustments for each country rollout
  • Responsible for regional UAT, data validation, parallel payroll testing, where payroll integration is established
  • Delivers train-the-trainer and/or co-delivers training to local end-users
  • Hypercare and regional 2nd level support

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration and/or IT
  • Experience in cross-country/region HR IT projects with multiple business needs/requirements, local legislations (incl. unions) and stakeholders
  • Strong planning, project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority; ability to consolidate multiple local requirements to a representative regional requirement and represent the area of responsibility in the EC project and any other HR Tech/Analytics related initiative in alignment with our multi-year HR Technology strategy and roadmap
  • Ability to communicate project processes clearly and guide country leads in the various necessary tasks and obligations
  • Exceptional collaboration, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical way of working as well as a high degree of diligence
  • Highly resilient, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily navigate change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels with clients, vendors & internal teams.
  • Should be a team player and demonstrate willingness to train and collaborate wherever needed
  • Very good understanding of HR processes, HR Service Delivery and HR Systems knowledge
  • Sound Knowledge of SuccessFactors and high interest in SAP / SuccessFactors enabled HR Transformation
  • Proficiency in English and any other European language
  • Remote working model is supported
