It’s an exciting time to join the Sales & Distribution team here at AXA Global Healthcare. Following record growth over the last few years we’re investing in the team with a new dedicated Regional Manager Asia – Large Corporate role.

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the continued growth of our Large Corporate portfolio across Hong Kong and the Asia region. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Seek out and close new business opportunities working towards agreed individual and team sales targets.
  • Responsible for the development of intermediary relationships and increase their knowledge of the AGH proposition.
  • Provide regular updates on service improvements to the AGH intermediary base
  • Local operational support - point of contact for internal stakeholders such as pricing, provider networks, strategic sales etc.
  • Work with local AGH partners, local AXA entities and colleagues in HK and Asia to develop multi-tier relationships.
  • Accountable for management of corporate quotes for AGH, including pitches and presentations to secure new clients within region.
  • Identify key areas of focus for intermediaries to develop their business by utilising marketing opportunities, by supporting training needs and facilitating joint hospitality events.
  • Assist in new product development based on intermediary and client feedback regarding all aspects of the international health market in Asia.

Qualifications

  • Proven business development experience with a track record of consistently achieving targets
  • Strong relationship experience – ability to maintain, develop and grow existing relationships in a professional manner
  • In depth knowledge of the international health market, particularly the Asia region
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a standalone role
  • Customer centric – maintain a customer focused approach at all times
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global AXA businesses and regions; confident at negotiating and strongly influencing at all levels in a complex matrix organisation
  • Commercial awareness – the ability to establish and identify opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and comfortable with learning new systems and platforms as necessary
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferable and English is necessary
