DEBRA is recruiting for a Regional Manager – South England to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Regional Manager you will provide efficient operational and strategic support to your Region, working closely with the Director of Retail, ensuring that the retail outlets operate legally, effectively and efficiently. You will join us on a Full time, Permanent basis, working a contract of 35 hours per week, earning a salary of up to £48,000 per annum. We are looking for someone based in the Surrey, Hampshire or Berkshire area.
You’ll be an experienced retail store manager who is confident working in a fast-paced environment. Motivated by the knowledge your hard work will stop the pain of EB, you’ll be proactive, driven and commercially aware.
You will be willing to travel to a variety of stores across the region you’re supporting. Ideally based within one hour’s distance from our Head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
You will have the passion and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team of staff and volunteers within the region, encouraging them to bring new ideas and to build awareness of EB. Growing our ecommerce and social platforms, whilst ensuing great customer service is essential to maximise income as is the sourcing, correct pricing and merchandising of products.
