About the Role of an Insurance Customer Service Advisor

Permanently employed by Sensee, you will represent an award-winning insurance provider. You will be trained to succeed and become a subject matter expert in either home or motor insurance. You will communicate via phone and sometimes written communication. You will navigate multiple virtual platforms to obtain, relay and record information in line FCA regulations and partnership requirements. The role may involve supporting customers that have a query, dealing with a complaint and providing detailed information about policies, products and services. It is essential that you are a remote working brand ambassador and are an integral part of our remote Sensee family, making a difference in everything we do.

  • Impressive IT skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Superb rapport building skills
  • Amazing levels of active listening, understanding and resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough approach to following FCA and account processes
  • Previous experience in a customer facing support role
  • Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge
  • Able to attend remote full-time training
  • Can provide a dedicated home working space that offers safety and comfort
  • Co-operative in providing own IT setup in a way that minimises environmental impact
  • Fantastic approach to utilising internal engagement tools to thrive, have fun and progress on the career ladder
