Admiral Pioneer is a corporate venture arm of Admiral Group Ltd. Within Pioneer, we are looking for a research analyst who can lead market research, data collection and analysis, and data interpretation, and use the data to guide the business’s decision making on specific propositions under consideration.

Responsibilities

As Research Analyst you will:

• Support propositions that are in different states of maturity (ideation, concept selection, development and testing)
• Collaborating with relevant subkect matter experts from around the buiness
• Delivering success through excellent mathematical, critical thinking and communication skills
• Taking charge of projects throughout

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modelling skills
• Prior experience in market research and business modelling
• The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team working skills
• Familiarity with data modelling software and Excel software

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
