Applications are invited for a Research Assistant to drive the research activities and assist in the administration of a JPI-AMR funded network focusing on developing epidemiological tools and databases focussed on plasmids (TEAPOTS).

You will have experience in the bioinformatic analysis of large collections of bacterial genomes, and will have an understanding of molecular epidemiological surveillance of antimicrobial resistance. The role will involve the compilation and analysis of plasmid datasets and assistance in the preparation of manuscripts, as well as ensuring milestones are met and arranging network meetings.
