This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a bustling, leading law firm in Altrincham.

This highly reputable, independent law firm are renowned for their bespoke services, working with a wide range of impressive clients both internationally and across the UK. The award-winning top tier Residential Property team are one of the largest in the North West and provide expert advice and service to their clients on a wide range of real estate matters, developing strong client relationships along the way.

To be ideal for this position you will be a Residential Property Solicitor with around 8+ PQE experience. In this role, you can expect a caseload of varied and interesting work including Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, development site acquisition advice and restrictive covenant disputes to name a few.

You will be building strong relationships with new and existing clients to develop your career with this excellent independent firm. AS well as this you will be providing support and guidance to the junior members of the team.
