We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruiter / Resourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist with knowledge of Blockchain | Cryptocurrency | Web3 | SaaS Technologies.

Work from home / Remote with flexible working hours to suit you (Part time or Full time)

Freelance Opportunity with excellent earning potential (based on commission per placement)

The Resourcing Specialist will be:

  • Actively sourcing and engaging with candidates that match role requirements (Business Development / Marketing / Software Engineer Roles)
  • Shortlisting Candidates
  • No Sales (Delivery Role only)

Requirements – Skills / Experience:

  • Knowledge of Blockchain | Crytocurrency | Web3 | SaaS Technologies (and keen interest in the industry essential)
  • Knowledge of Software Development Tech | Stack Terminology
  • Talent Attraction | Recruitment | Recruiter | Resourcing Experience essential
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong LinkedIn Search / Engagement experience
  • Experienced in getting results
