Retail Area Manager - South

Working closely with the Retail Manager and Retail Area Manager for our Northern stores, you will manage our Southern stores to drive and deliver a first class HARIBO experience for our customers and colleagues.
You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Design, and Demand Forecasting to help drive HARIBO in store excellence, demand and customer experience within our HARIBO stores. This will lead to a consistent approach to implementation of our new ranges, seasonal activity and all year-round product and point of sale merchandising.
You will work in collaboration with our Store Managers and colleagues to drive commercial performance and profitability whilst supporting stores to drive customers into the exciting and happy world of HARIBO. Working closely with our internal and external stakeholders to drive each store further, planning and analysing each store through the seasons to further develop and drive HARIBO standards of service, expectation, merchandising and progression as our Retail Stores continue to develop across the country.
It’s an exciting time for HARIBO Retail as we continue to invest in developing our retail teams. Our Retail Area Manager for the South will be self-motivated and hands on with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be prepared to lead your teams from the front during peak times with a one-team approach to retail.

Working Hours:
This role is 38 hours per week working predominantly within our Southern Retail Stores.
Office days will be split between your home base or our Yorkshire based Head Office.
