If you are experienced working in retail and are passionate to become an essential member of the retail operations team at Crystal Palace FC, we have a job for you! We are looking for a customer service focused, organised and self motivated retail assist to work on the shop floor, ensure merchandising display and product is maintained to a high standard and stocked properly, use the till system and provide the highest level of customer service.

You will be responsible for…

· Working on the shop floor providing customer service

· Operating the till

· Packing sales

· Stocking shelves where required

· Pricing merchandise

· Shirt printing of names and numbers

· Working in the store rooms re-organising merchandise storage

· Receiving deliveries into storage

· Other duties as directed by your line manager

You will have…

· Previous retail experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Good time management and organizational skills

· Ability to work to deadlines

· Qualifications 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
