JOB DESCRIPTION
Assess and implement Retail strategy for growth and establishing a sustainable profitable retail presence in the market.
  • Primary role is to oversee the execution of retail operations initiatives ensuring global alignment and local relevance. Drive consistency in store processes to leverage best practices, streamline non-added value tasks and increase store productivity
  • Support cross functional partners to drive processes and Key Productivity Indicator improvement in the stores, contribute to Store efficiency by implementing and monitoring optimal processes and tools and allow field team to focus on generating sales and minimize payroll cost
  • Implement all the retail training tools available according to stores needs
  • Adopt, adapt, develop and implement policies and procedures for stores, taken into consideration time and resources optimization and relevance according to local store needs
