Rudy's Pizza - Operations Manager, North West/Midlands

OTE £60-70k + benefits

Location: Remote, North (Midlands/North West)

Salary: £50-55K + 30% bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team to look after some of our Rudy’s Pizzeria’s in the North. We have a number of sites across the Midlands & the North that you will need to cover.

• We are looking for an experienced operations manager with multi site experience
• A strong people leader with proven experience in managing and leading hospitality teams and building a great culture.
• As Operations Manager you will lead and develop your team to deliver world class hospitality for our guests, whilst on occasion getting stuck in with our teams!
• You will be accountable for the profitability of your pizzerias and play a key role in driving sales.
• You will have exceptional operational brand standards, lead from the front, and be obsessed with guest experience and team engagement.
• We are looking for an Operations Manager who is able to roll their sleeves up operationally, and with strong commercial acumen and organisational skills.

Rudy’s started life in Manchester. Our vision was simple, great pizza for everyone.

We use fresh dough made on site daily, the finest Italian ingredients and all cooked in just 60 seconds in our famous wood ovens. Perfetto!
