Working from home may be the new normal for many, however this is something we have always done, and we are pretty proud of!
We are really pleased to be expanding and looking to recruit a Safeplay advisor to further strengthen our approach to safer gambling in the Netherlands.
As a Safeplay advisor you will use your exceptional customer service skills to create opportunities to learn more about our players and promote the use of safer gambling tools. This is a permanent remote position, available for applications in the UK or in country. All applicants must be fluent in Dutch & familiar with Dutch culture with the ability to speak, read and write English as a second language.
SAFEPLAY ADVISOR
What will you do...

  • Use player behavioural data to identify potential increased risk.
  • Interact with players to gain a better understanding of how they're using tombola and their relationship with gambling via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Monitor player behaviour and apply a risk-based approach to determine the most appropriate level of action required to help that individual avoid harmful gambling.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and process changes to ensure most appropriate actions are taken.
  • Promote and educate safer gambling across the business, sharing best practice to ensure a consistent approach to safer gambling & give visibility of our players true experience with tombola.
  • Be creative. Contribute to the development of improving our approach to safer gambling.

Shift patterns:
Monday: 12pm-4pm & 4pm-8pm
Tuesday: 12pm-4pm & 4pm-8pm\*
Wednesday: DAY OFF
Thursday: 4pm-8pm & 8pm-12am
Friday: DAY OFF
Saturday: 4pm-8pm & 8pm-12am
Sunday: 12pm-8pm & 4pm-8pm
Total = 36 hours SPA + \*4 hours CS
