Launched is an online SaaS Audience Engagement platform, which generates pipeline, and puts our customers in front of their desired customer profile.

Our customers can generate more traffic, leads, and opportunities to grow using our cloud software. They can also build campaigns that hit their targets and close deals.

The platform is used all over the world and sits within any marketing and sales technology stack.

Our customers are B2B companies within Tech, Finance, Energy, and Transport.

We are looking for Account Executives to support our growth plans, and help change the future of B2B sales.

The Role

Working as part of the Revenue team, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of Launched. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.

· Working with email, LinkedIn, and telephone to do outreach to prospective prospects

· Arranging your own meetings to ensure you can build a pipeline and hit target

· Arranging and providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits the platform will bring to their company.

· Helping take prospective clients through the sales life cycle including providing demonstrations, providing proposals and closing sales.

· Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

· Ensuring that your individual KPI's are consistently achieved

· Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines

· Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system

· Attend trade shows, events and conferences

· Network with market influencers, consultants and partners

· Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities

· Prepare and present product demonstrations

· Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline

Who You Are

· Demonstrated sales experience within web technologies, SaaS, platform sales

· Loves tech, and is comfortable presenting technology platforms across multiple industries.

· Commercial, innovative and thrives on presenting technology services to a wide variety of B2B clients.

· Already a demonstrably successful Account Executive with a proven track record and experience. Specifically working in the B2B SaaS industry

· Has experience presenting to C-level Executives.

· Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal. You are used to communicating at all levels within an organisation.

· Energy and Enthusiasm. You believe in what we’re doing and won’t stop at anything to deliver on your goals.

· Passion for Great Work. Nothing less than your best will do.

· Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:

· Demonstrable software SaaS sales experience - outbound

· You'll be able to showcase your selling skills

· Experienced in MEDDIC, or other sales methodology

· You must be a hunter and a closer! Pipeline generation is second nature to you!

· Experience with Mar-tech environment is highly regarded

· Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment

· Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

· Adaptability to new initiatives

· A self-starter who is able to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
