Sales Advisor

Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our O2UK client.

We have various full-time permanent roles available which allow you to work from the comfort of your own home.

This role offers a yearly salary of £20,800 PLUS fantastic bonus earning potential.

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls from existing customers.
• Support sales transactions by advising customer on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets.
• Assist with general queries.
• Explain and promote product features and benefits.
• Process customer payments.
• Providing the best possible customer experience.

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months sales experience.
• Target driven.
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.
• Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.
• A quiet place to work at home.
• Good broadband connection (10mbps or above).
