This part-time Sales Advisor role is based in Sheffield and comes with a salary of £19,843 - £23,718 per annum, pro-rata, plus uncapped earning potential and additional perks.

As a flexible Sales Advisor, you will work from our newly refurbished Sheffield site in Nunnery Square. We recognise the importance of flexibility and have part-time hours for mornings, evenings and weekends to suit your circumstances.

In your first few weeks in this Sales Advisor job, you can expect to:

• Achieve and exceed sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
• Receive inbound calls with our customers and establish a rapport
• Maintain and proactively improve sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management
• Ensure accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers
• Develop relationships with customers and encourage referrals

To apply, you should have exceptional customer call handling skills and a track record of delivering results and exceeding stretching targets. You should also have experience in a challenging sales environment and be computer literate with experience in the telecommunications or mobile industry. A good appreciation of technology is also essential.
