Paying a basic salary of between £25,000 and £30,000, you will need a great telephone manner, the ability to build fantastic rapport and the motivation to hit targets. With the opportunity to earn commission on top of this, the route for progression through to management can be fast paced.

Joining a growing team within an established financial services company, based in West Swindon, you will have the ability to close sales calls whilst working towards targets. Easily accessible via public transport and with parking options, you will be working with a sociable team in an open, light office environment. Through making outbound calls to new leads, you will be seeking to generate new business and encourage sales.

Salary: between £25,000 and £30,000 basic, PLUS the opportunity to earn commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, and 10am to 6.30pm
