Sales Assistant: Frog Flowers, Selfridges Trafford Centre

At Frog we believe in creating joy in the everyday! We are currently recruiting friendly and passionate Sales Assistants to showcase this at our Selfridges Trafford Centre Concession.

You will be selling a range of Frog products including plants, homeware and bouquets.

The role is diverse and every day is different, so we are looking for a confident and adaptable candidate who is keen to learn and willing to grow within the role.

Floristry experience is not required as this position is considered to be a retail sales role. A keen interest in flowers and plants, an eye for design, along with a friendly and outgoing personality is essential. Training on our full product range will be provided.

MUST be able to work weekends/evenings.

THE ROLE

• Offer an excellent customer experience and demonstrate an enthusiasm for Frog products and services.
• Create genuine and memorable customer relationships by personalising the shopping experience for each customer.
• Driving sales and employing a range of selling techniques to ensure daily targets are met.
• Working well both within the team and individually.
• Setting up fresh flower displays every morning.
• Maintaining the standards of the shop floor; including cleanliness, visual displays and caring for our range of plants.
• Helping the smooth running of the store by communicating any stock needs, customer orders and requests.
• Full time (4 days-32h) or 2 part-time (each 2 days-16 hours) position available: Including Evenings & Weekends.
• Store opening hours are : Mon - Fri 10:00 - 22:00, Sat 10:00 - 21:00, Sun 11:00 - 18:00
