We are hiring a Sales Assistant to be responsible for supporting the successful sales effort of a High Street electronic cigarette retailer. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the frontline of the store interacting with customers.
• Process returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Stock inventory and place stock in appropriate areas of the store.
• Demonstrate various products to customers.
• Closely observe items to notice price changes or missing items.
• Answer customers' questions about all merchandise service areas in the store, including electronics, hardware, and juice.
• Monitor activity in the store to ensure that customers are being attended to promptly;.
