• Serving customers and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional way.
• Learn about Vaping products to ensure customers are given relevant information in order to choose what is right for them
• Processing cash and card payments
• Offering customers to join loyalty scheme and promoting special offers
• Handling product returns and payment refund requests
• Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
• Promoting products based on the company’s directives
• Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
• Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
• Managing product inventory at the store
• Keeping the store presentable and clean at all times
