We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant, with a passion for cars, to work with our client, a rapidly growing and highly successful car buying company in Chichester.

Customers looking to sell their cars, as either scrap or to a car dealership, will reach out to the company through their nation-wide platform. It will be your responsibility to build rapport with these customers and secure the deal.

Monday to Friday – One Saturday and One Sunday per month (5.5 day week)

Modern Chichester Office

Salary £23,500 basic (OTE £60,000 to £70,000)

Free on-site parking

Full pension package

You will become an integral part of the company, using your knowledge of cars to liaise with sellers and convert warm, inbound leads to bookings and pass them to the appropriate third party, earning generous commission whilst doing so.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking up inbound leads and building rapport with sellers, using your knowledge of vehicles.
• Converting the leads into bookings and passing them to the appropriate third party.
• Having the resilience and confidence required to overcome objections and close deals.
• Multi-tasking, using several applications simultaneously and keeping databases updated.

What we’re looking for:

• An outstanding track record within sales and tangible evidence to support this.
• A great knowledge and keen interest in cars.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• A meticulous, organised and driven personality.
• Good technical abilities, you’ll need to be IT savvy.
• Ideally a car and driving licence, to be able to reliably commute to the office.
