You are the catalyst for change that will inspire and motivate a team of SDRs to exceed their own expectations.
As a Sales Development Leader you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities of clients’ SDRs, identifying bottlenecks and providing coaching where needed.
You’re likely to be a high performing quota carrying SDR in your own right, who is looking to move into a leadership position. One that offers variety and the accompanying challenges that will accelerate your career growth.
You will build up your leadership skills to be able to lead a couple of SDR teams simultaneously, while working closely with your Sales Development Director to develop campaigns and growth strategies that help our customers achieve their business goals.
You will work closely and build relationships with key stakeholders within our client companies including the C-level leadership, but you will have the strongest relationships with Marketing and Account Executive teams.
As you learn, you will develop your data-based insight skills and play a key part in building a culture of high-performance within the teams you lead and our business.
You will have experience of working with sales engagement tools and in time, become an expert in deploying and maximising the value of sales technologies and become certified on the most frequently used platforms.
Your ambition is to learn and grow while developing the excellence and outputs that top performing SDR teams display. In time, you’ll transition to a Director level role where you will impart your knowledge to others who are looking to establish themselves as experts within their chosen profession.

Must-have experience for this role:
Have been an SDR for a minimum of 18 months
Have a track record of consistently achieving own set targets
Have a current working knowledge of sales engagement systems and tools
