We are delighted to be able to offer full time within our Devon Office.

This is an exciting time to join us, as our Telesales call room is expanding!

The position will suit professional Telesales Consultants with exceptional B2B sales experience, a proven track record of delivering to target.

You can expect a competitive salary, uncapped commission, as well as the opportunity to develop a successful career within the fast-growing foodservice business.

Shifts: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, Mon – Friday 8.30 – 5pm)

What a typical day looks like:

Calling customers to capture orders, with the view to sell them new products and services.
Working with your field sales colleagues to ensure we maximise the value of each order and to ensure that fantastic customer service is delivered.
Conducting a business review with your customers, gaining a full and detailed understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years.
Challenge our customers thinking about their business and marketing in a way that adds value to their business in the future.
Embracing a personal development culture, where learning is a continuous requirement in order to provide our customers with the most up to date knowledge.

Role requirements:

Sales focused telephone experience essential, preferably with 2+ years of demonstrable success in a B2B outbound sales role, or a leadership role.
The ability to build excellent rapport with customer base.
A team player, with experience of working within a team in an office.
Foodservice industry knowledge preferred but not essential.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
Exceptional communication skills – you must be able to convey your passion and product knowledge clearly and effectively in a polished manner.
Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude lending to a consultative sales approach.
