Only candidates that have a solid oubound telesales business to business sales experience will be considered.
This job role would suit someone that has good card payments industry knowledge at least 1 year experience so their commercial awareness is a good enough level.
Sales Experience 1 year business to business mainly dealing directly with the small to medium business owner which is a must.

To start the ideal candidate will be calling SMEs and arranging appointments for the consultant and filling the diary for the weeks ahead. You will be a hunter-gatherer type looking for opportunities, calling the prospect by phone, and then talking to the main person to establish a need. Also comfortable speaking to larger organisations and gaining interest for possible business.
Once you have the necessary experience you will also be able to sell the solution directly with the customer which will double your earnings.
You will need to have excellent rapport-building skills and be a good communicator over the phone to have a productive business conversation and show willingness to learn and improve.
Ideally have a minimum of 1-3 years of telesales skills. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

To start you will be working 20 per week as part of the trial and then increase if and when you prefer after the trial period of 1 month.

Salary: £10.00 per hour trial + Commission
Commission - OTE £31200 on top of your basic based on 4 meetings booked and sold a week
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
If your sales skills are good enough you will be able to earn well over 100k once you are selling directly.
