The Digital call Support representative will interact with customers via live chat, phone, video, and email to provide and process information. The primary goal for this role is to provide all inbound traffic with a comprehensive and efficient interaction that converts the inquiry to an eCommerce sale or highly qualified sales lead and/or appointment. Working as part of a dynamic inside the online sales team, this role provides an exceptional customer experience through timely and knowledgeable product & service support.
We are looking for a Digital call Center Support Representative, to be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership effectively, and strong call prospecting, the candidate should be able to follow a script and drive call interviews and survey with customers keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
