EY

London, England

Job ID : 6646715132535250525950646e3142494a673d3d

Job Description :

At EY, you’ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you. And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team at EY Financial Services EMEIA (EMEIA FSO.) You would be responsible for developing and driving content marketing and campaign activity across Europe, with a focus on EMEIA FSO’s growth drivers and strategic solutions.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working and that can be based in any of our offices in Europe.

The opportunity

As a Content Marketing Manager, you would help create and deliver world-class, innovative campaigns, communications and content, as well as leveraging global marketing programmes tailored to regional audiences. Your goal is to help accelerate revenue growth through building EY EMEIA FSO’s reputation as a top transformation partner to the world’s leading financial services organisations.

The role gives you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders, including high-profile EY partners and leaders, as well as marketing colleagues across our region, service lines and three sectors: Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, and Wealth and Asset Management.

You would join a high-performing team of about 30 BMC colleagues spread across European markets and report into our London-based Head of Content.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Head of Content and Senior Manager for Strategic Solutions to develop, progress and deliver content marketing strategy for Solutions programmes across EMEIA FSO.
  • Support delivery of audience-centric, multi-media and multi-channel campaigns including but not limited to thought-leadership articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, in-person events, webcasts, sponsorship deals, and digital assets for activation across EY’s social media channels and EY.com
  • Drive promotion of marketing assets across the EMEIA FSO region; monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Coordinate across the BMC team to align internal and external communications, PR activity and brand application
  • Work closely with sector and solution teams to ensure content and campaigns are fully leveraged
  • Give regional teams early visibility of EMEIA-wide marketing plans and share go-to-market materials with broader account teams
  • Work with the EY Knowledge team to promote content on our intranet site (Discover)
  • Provide guidance and advice to the wider business on best practice for content marketing
  • Remain a trusted advisor when BMC is unable to provide direct support, offering business stakeholders the appropriate guidance by directing them to EY guidelines, systems and processes to ensure brand compliance.
  • Support the development of CRM contact lists to promote better account penetration
  • Help analyse campaign metrics to identify and share key learnings to help shape future campaigns and content

Required skills

  • At least 5 years marketing experience within a professional services or financial services environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management – both in person and virtually: ability to provide first-class ‘customer service’ to international senior partners and leaders – strengthening BMC’s reputation as a trusted advisor; ability to build positive relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers
  • Demonstrated talent in communicating clearly, purposefully and confidently, both on paper and in person
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience of leading projects, people and resources, as well as managing and coaching more junior team members
  • Content production experience and creative flair
  • Fluent in digital channel communications, including social media, website and marketing automation activation

Additional skills

  • CIM qualified
  • Financial services knowledge or experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Marketo experience would be advantageous, but not essential

Personal attributes

  • Native or full professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and personable team player willing to ‘muck in’ where necessary
  • Self-starter who demonstrates personal drive and determination, and who has the maturity to take ownership and personal responsibility
  • Pragmatic, organised multi-tasker capable of calmly running and delivering numerous projects at the same time
  • Meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing high-quality outputs
  • Ability and resilience to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities with a growth mindset
  • Keen believer in the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace: you thrive when working with people from all walks of life
  • Open, kind and approachable – you will be a key member of a close-knit team of colleagues who instinctively champion and support one another

What we offer

As part of this role, you'll work in a highly integrated, global team with the opportunity and tools to grow, develop and drive your career forward. Here, you can combine global opportunity with flexible working. The EY benefits package goes above and beyond too, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
