We are currently recruiting Security Officer/Door Supervisor to join our team in Central London

Days & Nights – Rolling Roster between Monday to Sunday

Core Responsibilities of the Role

• Providing outstanding front of House service
• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Conduct thorough and effective site patrols
• Supporting the Security team and it functions as a team player
• Providing the highest level of service within your area of responsibility in line with the agreed specifications
• Accountability for the day-to-day successful delivery for your area of responsibility
• Responding positively, politely, and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day-to-day service delivery of the contract
• Following all company procedures and regulations
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor/Line Manager

Qualifications and Desirables

SIA Door Supervisor License required for the role.

SIA CCTV Licence required for the role.

Strong customer service skills.

Good verbal and written skills.

Basic IT Literate.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Significant experience of dealing with people and challenging situations.

Strong written skills for reports, incidents, and presentations.

Good interpersonal skills, to liaise with security officers, managers, clients, contractors, and members of the public at all levels.

Corporate Security welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 56 per week

Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
