What you’ll be doing:
Be accountable to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the performance and delivery of the project to the highest standard using best practice processes and proactively managing relationships.
To engage and support hiring managers to understand the requirements and pre-requisites of Apprenticeships.
To engage and support managers to maximise outstanding user experience and excellent learner retention
To remain the primary point of reference for line managers, to guide and support them through all phases of the Apprenticeship programme, ensuring managers have clarity in their own understanding of, and take full ownership of supporting their learners in:
The selection, pre-recruitment and onboarding processes
Ongoing learning and development activity, including attendance, progression and completion of work set
The use of structured feedback to inform performance improvement
Identifying and addressing additional support needs
Preparing learners for, and supporting them through end-point-assessment
Accessing IAG to support learners with ongoing progression (learning and work)
Accurately analysing data and information in line with internal requirements and where required, production of reports, proactively identifying performance risks and providing solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally experience of working in the apprenticeships, employability and/or recruitment industry
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to swiftly build rapport with internal, external stakeholders
Excellent organisational, problem solving, and administration skills, with keen attention to detail
Experienced and confident in the use of online/remote communications technology for organising and coordinating meetings and communications
The ability to work on your own initiative, within the delegated authorities set by the project Board, seeking clarification or escalating risks or issues as appropriate
